Article 1 : Description of the services
L’internaute souscrit à un service sur vitevide.be pour une durée déterminée lors de la commande du service.
Les fonctionnalités du service sont précisées lors de la commande ainsi que que la facture envoyée au client par voie électronique.
Avant la date échéance, l’internaute est notifié de l’expiration de son abonnement et de la possibilité de renouveler ou non le service.
Il n’y a pas de reconduction tacite de nos services
Article 2 : Acceptance of the conditions

Any order placement is worth acceptance of the present general conditions without any reserve.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between vitevide and its customer, both parties accepting them without reserve.

Article 3: Declination of services on the different agendas
Some services or service packs are valid and usable on all the sites of the diary network.
However, depending on the type of event, there may be disparities and limitations on certain services, even within the same website.
In the case of an event associated with several categories, the most advantageous service solution will be proposed.

Article 4: limit of use and non-transferability of the service
Subcontracted organizer
The subscription services related to the advertised events are reserved for « exhibiting organizers ».
These services for « exhibiting organizers » cannot be offered by « subcontracting organizers » who wish to charge back or offer highlights for third party organizations as part of their own services. Except in the case of a pre-established partnership or prior authorization from vitevide.
The service subscribed to by the user is associated with a member account on the diary network. Any service subscribed to can only be used by the individual or legal entity that subscribed to it. The service is non-transferable.
An individual or a legal entity is authorized to create only one account in its name.
Any non-compliance or any observation of abusive use of a service may lead the vitevide.be team to terminate the service.
The team can go as far as blocking the account associated with the service without compensation or reimbursement to the subscriber.
Any deletion of an account will result in the termination of the services associated with the account and the owner will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts incurred for these subscriptions unless previously agreed upon with vitevide.
If you wish to transfer the benefits of the services to another user of the agendas network, you must first contact the vitevide team who will be able to transfer the ownership of the services associated with the account.
Article 5 : Confirmation and cancellation of the service
Once the service request is completed (subject to acceptance of payment by the bank), vitevide will send an invoice to the client at the email address provided.
Article 6 : Withdrawal of a service
The services offered, being intangible products, at the subscription of the service, you accept the immediate execution and agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
The subscribed services are fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and the execution begins after prior express agreement of the consumer.
Article 7 : Prices
The prices indicated in euro are all taxes included.
Article 8 : Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation before its payment.
The payment is made either :
- by credit card bearing the CB sign (Visa, Eurocard, Master card, …).
- by check
- by bank transfer
Orders confirmed by the customer are considered valid only after the relevant payment center obtains the approval of the bank. If the above center refuses, the order will be automatically canceled.
Moreover, vitevide reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute
Article 9: Disputes
The present contract is subject to French law. vitevide cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or physical, which could result from the commercialized services.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situation.
In the event of a dispute, the client will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts.
Article 10: Legal validity
The legal ineffectiveness of one of the preceding clauses does not entail the legal ineffectiveness of the other clauses.
